You can contact us at info@woltanic.pl. 2. Scope This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of woltanic.pl, people who contact us via embedded JotForm contact forms and candidates applying through our careers pages. 3. Data we process and purposes (a) Website visits: server logs (IP address, date and time, URL, status code, browser and operating system, referrer) and aggregated statistics from Vercel Analytics. Purpose: to provide, secure and improve the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest). (b) Contact forms (JotForm): identification and contact details and the content of your message. JotForm acts as our processor and forwards submissions to us, for example by e-mail. Purpose: to handle your enquiry and keep records of correspondence. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). (c) Recruitment: data in your CV and application (contact details, education, experience, skills). Purposes: to conduct the recruitment process, fulfil legal obligations and, if you consent, consider you for future roles. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c) and, where applicable, 6(1)(a) GDPR. 4. Cookies and analytics We use necessary cookies to operate the site and Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated performance statistics. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or marketing pixels. Cookie choices are managed via the on-site consent banner and settings, and you can review or change your preferences at any time. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for necessary cookies and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for any optional cookies introduced in the future. 5. Recipients of data Your data may be shared with hosting and infrastructure providers (such as Vercel), JotForm as our form provider, professional advisers (for example law and accounting firms) and public authorities where we are legally obliged to do so. If data is transferred outside the EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. 6. Retention periods Log data and technical data are kept only as long as necessary for security and maintenance (typically up to 12 months). Contact enquiries are stored for the duration of the correspondence and for the limitation period of potential claims (generally up to 3 years). Recruitment data is stored for the duration of the recruitment process and, if you give consent, for future recruitment for a limited period. 7. Your rights You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw consent at any time.
