1. Scope and definitions 1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules for using the website woltanic.pl operated by Woltanic Sp. z o.o., ul. Powstańców Wielkopolskich 49/1, 62-060 Stęszew, Poland (KRS 0000831018, NIP 7831813548, REGON 385630814) ("Woltanic", "we"). 1.2 The Website serves as an information and contact channel regarding our products and services. Separate General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to contracts for the delivery and installation of systems. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable GTC, the GTC shall prevail over these Terms for the relevant contract. 2. Use of the Website 2.1 You must use the Website in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You must not interfere with its security or use it in a way that could cause damage to Woltanic or third parties. 2.2 The Website is intended for persons who are of legal age or who have full legal capacity. 3. Information on the Website 3.1 The content on the Website is for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, technical advice or legal advice. Any calculations and examples (for example, expected savings) are indicative estimates only. 4. Contact forms and enquiries 4.1 Submitting an enquiry via a form (for example, JotForm) does not in itself mean that a contract has been concluded. A contract is only concluded once we have issued a separate order confirmation or signed a contract on the terms set out in the applicable GTC. 5. Intellectual property rights 5.1 The content on the Website (text, graphics, photos, layout, logo) is protected by copyright and other rights. You may use it only for your own personal, non-commercial use; any broader use requires our prior consent, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. 6. Liability 6.1 We are liable in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions, in particular for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for personal injury and under applicable product liability laws. In all other respects, our liability is excluded or limited to the widest extent permitted by law. 7. Data protection 7.1 The rules on processing personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy available at /legal/privacy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 8. Changes and governing law 8.1 We may amend these Terms; the current version is always published on the Website. These Terms are governed by Polish law, taking into account mandatory consumer protection provisions of the EU/EEA Member State of the consumer's habitual residence where applicable.
