Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa), and permanent amicable consumer courts (stały polubowny sąd konsumencki), where applicable under Polish law.
We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
